(AMAZON ONLY) $900 coding and 3D rendering pc

I am new to the world of custom pcs and i would like someone to put together a $900 pc (ONLY FROM AMAZON AS IT SHIPS INTERNATIONALLY TO MY COUNTRY) that ill use for editing some gameplay on my ps4, coding in unity and unreal engine and using blender to make 3D models and animations. I don't plan on doing any gaming on this pc except the annual cs:go every now and then. (Blender only supports Cuda core acceleration through the gpu and cpu acceleration) i would like to future proof this pc by including an ssd as i learned the hard way that slow hard drives can ruin computers. Finally, i plan on using this pc (potentially upgrading small things like ram or storage) for 3-4 years. Thank you for your cooperation.

I recommend buying parts from local shops. Amazon charges shipping on every item even if you buy them together. I'll see If I can make a good build.

All local shops have old parts (gtx 7**) and low end parts and cost twice as much as amazon (shipping included). They dont have except Asrock boards which i am not a fan of.

You'll have to buy the case , power supply (especially the power supply , because of voltage differences depending on the model) and motherboard locally. You can get the CPU , GPU , RAM and HDD through Amazon. Here are the parts:

 

Xeon 1231 V3

8GB DDR3 ram

GTX 960/970 (Depending on the shipping/budget)

1TB WD Blue
