As explained in the link posted by @Abdul201588, it could be from power loss, a crash, the system stopped responding, etc.

Your PC using too much power, where the PSU cannot provide the right amount of wattage. Having overclocked your CPU, GPU.

haven't overclocked anything.

It may well be but it's just one of millions of possibilities. Kernel Power 41 says nothing but that the last time the computer was booted up, it noticed that the last time it was shut down, it didn't get to save any settings. Many different crashes,power failures,hardware failures, lots of things the user themselves can do and so on will cause Kernel Power 41.

 

The thing to take away from this is that there is zero info contained in the error itself about why it happened, just that it did happen.
