Weird pc audio behavior.

Hi guys
I have recently cleaned and serviced my pc cooling ( gpu, cpu) and after mounting everything I encountered weird thing. I have cracking sounds both in my mic and 5.1 sound output. The disstortions make it impossible to use audio. It ain't thing with my speakers nor mic as I changed both of them and it was the same thing happening. Both my front and rear jack inputs are like this, BUT sound signal that comes from hdmi to display does not have any disstortions and the sound in monitor's speakers is just fine. Could I messed up something with motherboard that gives such a thing ?

What do you mean "serviced" your cooling? What steps were involved in this process?

 

Are there any wires or tubes touching something that they shouldn't? If you unseated your GPU, is it fully re-seated in the slot, along with all the power harnesses?

I took out graphics card, cleaned radiator, changed paste, i took cooler from cpu, new paste also, nothing is touching anything, i changed graphics card PCI slot, doesn't affect audio at all
