Proxy pac malware

I don't know how it got onto my computer but i noticed it right away when googling.

I tried the "safe mode" and then registry edit (there was nothing there for me to edit).

I tried running ADWCleaner and Malwarebytes.

 

Please help.

 

The error i am getting is:

and the in LAN settings i can't change anything and this is what is displayed:
