I'm sure it gets hotter there in India than it does here, so I gave you 240mm AiO cooler, but if you want to save some cash, you can downgrade to a 6600/6500, and opt for a Hyper 212 Evo, should give you another 7k Indian rupee's. 

 

Keep in mind that I budgeted this out based off a direct Rupeed->USD conversion! Prices will not, I repeat, will not, translate perfectly into Indian currency, and this build may end up costing more, or less, depending on your area's vendors!
