Choosing a mobo

I'm doing a build soon and I'm not sure what mobo to use for me next gaming/streaming machine. Listed below are what I'm look at so far. I need the ability to curve fan speed for silent operation. Also the theme is white, but I'm willing to paint the thermal armor.

Get the S one. It's the cheapest, and you won't have to bother paiting it.
