First Gaming PC (Need Some Help)

Hi Guys and Gals,

 

As the title suggests this will be my first PC and so I naturally need some help.

 

For some information on this computer, it will be used for 1080p gaming at 60 fps high settings (minimum) and the parts will be need to be bought in AUD (Australian).

 

The specs below are what I have designed with my friends and some others. I have bolded some of the items on the list as they are the main points on discussion (Everything is up for it though). I had originally planned to have a GTX 970 as my GPU but have since heard of the new 1070/1080 GPUs and have almost completely decided to have one of them instead as they are roughly going to be the same price I believe.

For the memory, take the cheaper and faster memory. Both brands have good heatsinks.

For case, that is up to you, do you want it cheaper or do you want a more modern interior.

For motherboard take the AR, they are very similar but the AR is cheaper.

For the love of PCs please wait on benchmarks before you buy the 1070/1080.

Price isn't too much of a problem as long as it stays around the $2000 mark. I wont buy it immediately jester  it'll probably be sold out anyways.
