Is it ok to do all the overclocking before windows installation? If not then how do i get to the bios after windows is installed?..oh and btw in going for the asus rog viii hero alpha mobo and it has a bios button on it..so if i cant do overclocking maybe because of troubleshooting, how can i get back on windows after i get to the bios and finished everything?..does it just boot up the software once i click reboot?

You can but there isn't really a point to it. You can use the asus program that can take you directly to bios one in windows or hit del or f2 while booting. Also this is for mobo bios as you posted in the graphic card section.
