My gpu is acting up.

Hi,

my GPU is acting up. sometimes it will not change any of the clocks when an application is trying to render stuff.

check out the gpu clock and the memory clock

and there's a huge input lag from my mice and keyboard.

my computer is brand new except for the gpu.

Core I7-6700 @ 3.40GHz.

32GB DDR4 2300Mhz RAM.

Asus Z170 Pro Gaming (I downloaded bios update recently) \_/ (latest drivers)

Asus GTX 680 DCUII OC (not the top version)

I bought these parts a week ago, except for the GPU, I own it for 2 years

a temporary fix is to go into asus tweak software and switch between default profiles. but it doesn't always work.

 

please help me troubleshoot and tell me if my card is about to die.

PS> i've never over clocked the card, but i used to own a case with shit airflow and temps would go up to 90*C when i played the division or battlefield 4.

install DDU and install latest drivers.
