Windows 10 Random Crash

Hey guys, it seems like i randomly get crashes with a loud Audio crack. Means that its not static but just once and my PC freezes so I need to hard reset.

Tried running CPU and GPU Benchmarks at the same time and nothing happened. But mostly happens while I play Black Desert Online and browsing the Internet at the same time (I dont do much more).

Is that a common Problem for Windows 10?

Intel i5 6600k + Corsair GTX 110i GTX AIO Water cooling

ZOTAC GTX 970 Amp Extreme core edition

256GB Samsuns 850EVO SSD
1TB WD Blue

8GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance 2400mhz RM (2x4)
PSU Corsair CX600M Bronze 600W

No Error messages all on base clock
Just that Cracking Sound when it crashes and it freezes
