HELP PLEASE! ASAP

Okay so I've been wanting to get into rooting my Android phone (Galaxy SII Epic 4G Touch) for a while. I finally upgraded and thought since there was no potential loss at this point it was a "why the hell not" time to do it. So I'm trying to get Cyanogen onto it and.... I'm stuck.

I keep getting stuck on this part (I'll insert an image) and keep getting this error (again). I only put ASAP because I would like to go to bed soon and am not sure if theres a turning back at this point to try again another day. I guess I bit off more than I thought I could chew here, so any help is greatly appreciated.

Well I just hoped for the best and shut everything down. Phone acts like normal so I guess the recovery process hadn't taken place yet. If someone could still help that'd be great.
