I have been having an issue, i will let you figure out what its problem is, the issue is when under normal load, just google chrome and steam up, and then i try to launch a game, or any other cpu intensive application, the screen will shut off, all connected devices will shut off, the internal fan(s) will, and approx. a second later it reboots and gets stuck on the dell logo screen that says please wait with the spinning loading symbol, so i hold the power button, it shuts off, I restart, then it will reboot fine, like i had pushed "shut down" or say "an error has occurred/ problem restarting.., recovery options or reboot, so i push reboot and then its fine for a couple days. Any ideas of whats happening/solutions?

I've had a similar booting issue with my 7559, and if I may ask, does the issue happen when you've woken it up from a sleeping state? It doesn't always respond quiiite the way I like to think it should, given mine has an SSD, but it does have the occasional quirk that you mentioned at boot up.

Legitimately the only issue I can come up with is that the machine doesn't always respond when it's woken from sleep mode, like closing the lid. Mine does seem to grow increasingly more and more quirky and "irritated" even when I've left it on sleep mode day after day after day. I'm not sure if this has to do with Windows 10.

My other thought is that it's a PSU related issue, like a power spike. Perhaps a faulty battery? If not that, then an issue with the OS drive going out, but that wouldn't make sense... Oh! Crap... didn't think of this, typing out my thoughts hah, did you test the RAM? That's been known to cause boot loops or just randomized errors for zero reason.

Do check the RAM. Thinking about it now, that sounds oddly similar to my first gaming machine. ^_^
