i need help finding a driver

i have a hp laptop model : hp 15-an000na

 

and i need to go down to windows 7 for certain programs that do not work on windows 10

but when i go to install windows 7 it say "A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing" 

so i cant find a driver to get it to work please help

u mean while installing windows 7?

ive seen this issue before and it is solved by getting an official ISO from microsoft (the previous person got it from kickass torrent)

did you get your iso from microsoft?

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

If your laptop has recovery partition or recovery DVD option, use those. They will have drivers pre-installed.
