help! my youtube channel got split

This seems to a common occurrence. There are two ways, one of which is through the google+ settings, I can't stand the layout but if you can find it by putting the cursor to the left of the screen and going to settings, it is under connected accounts. Be wary of this as you can accidentally delete evrything you have related to google, including your YouTube channel. I also think you can do this through YouTube settings on the YouTube page. There is an option to unlink your YouTube account from your Google+ account

 

EDIT: Click the option to disconnect from Google+

my channel got splitted so my channel is 1 account and my gmail is another my channel got a new email by youtube 

 

first off all my channel got all the videos i posted and my gmail got all the peoples i subscribed this is anoying cuz i dont wanna comment with ******@gmail.com so i need to switch everytime i want to comment

and everytime i wanna see what my friends uploaded

 

i got a message of youtube saying its possible to undo this within 14 days but how?!

This appears to be an instance where Google might have been a better first option. 

Case = Bitfenix Prodigy, Motherboard = P8Z77 - I Deluxe, CPU = 3570k @ 4.2GHz, RAM = 2x 8GB G-Skill Ripjaws, GPU = Sapphire 7950 Boost Edition, Storage = 256GB Samsung 840 Pro.
