Repaint Nvidia Stock Cooler

I painted my GPUs last year but am not super stoked about the paint job. It looks pretty sloppy and wanna do a bit of touching up and changing the color.

 

Got any recommends on removing Rustoleum? Any ideas are helpful. Thanks!

Sandpaper, red Scotch-brite pads, and a lot of time and elbow grease.
