[Netflix] If I use a 2.0 speaker setup, should I leave the audio on 5.1 or change it to 2.0?

Change it to two other wise you'll miss a lot of vocals which are usually mapped to the center channel of a surround sound

You need to change it to match your audio system. Mmmmkay?

I figured but I was just wondering if taking it off 5.1 gets rid of certain effects and that kind of stuff.

Well yeah, you lose the surround. But other than that everything will be where it should be - they just mix it down to two channels during mastering.

while on topic, if you have 2.0 say headphones, with virtual surround does it do anything if you have 5.1 source or 2.0 source, is the result same? Then again with roccat kave i can't tell a difference at all and that thing takes 5.1 signal.
