AIO Liquid temperature question

Go to solution Solved by suchamoneypit,

unless the liquid is hot enough to melt or freeze parts in the pump (in which case you have other problems to worry about...) liquid temp will not really affect the pump. And those temperatures are fine and normal for that cooler.

If the liquid ever got to the point to damage the pump your PC has probably already shut itself off due to the CPU temp.

I have an NZXT Kraken X61 attached to a 6700k. What temperatures for the liquid itself are considered "safe"?

I'm currently running it on "silent mode" (which makes the pump and the fans on it run at 25%) and the liquid temps are reaching about 38 degrees while gaming, with CPU temps not getting higher than 55.

Are the temps for the liquid safe for the pump?

Thanks in advance!
