I have a pc with modelnumber 700-010eo.

I was on youtube and csgo was running in background and all suddenly my pc just shut down. And i placed the power contact to another wallbrick them it started but something wierd happend 1fan didnt spin and the gpu and cpu fan was spinning at realy realy low speed. I shutdown the system but my mouse was glowing my gpu and cpu fan was still running and i unplugged the cable from the psu and replugged it and at first the mouse glowed the gpu and cpu fans spinned at the speed it used to be but 1 of them was still off and i came in to a blaack screen when it said all my pc info and it said rear fan not detected so i pressed f1 to boot and my cpu got really hot about 85°c while playing csgo with the stock cooler intel i7 4770 cpu and i only played for 15min... Before this problem i had 54°c while playing csgo for 1h.... But why is it so my fans are wierd? Plz help

This should be posted in the Troubleshooting forum, and you need to be sure to include your complete system specs so that we know what kind of hardware you are working with. From your initial information it sounds like you might have had a power surge that could have fried some fans or fan headers (could have screwed up the PSU or the mobo). We will need more detailed info to help.

@GoodBytes Can you move plz?

Have you rebooted the PC since the initial incident/reboot? If so, did you get the fan error warning again?

Have you opened the case to observe the fans' behavior at start up?

From the "521 rear fan not detected" error message it sounds like your rear case fan has died. Have you checked to make sure it is plugged in properly and do you have access to a different fan to try replacing it with?

Also, re-reading your original post it sounds to me like your PSU might have been messed up from a power surge. What country do you live in, and do you know if power surges are a common issue in your area? Do you have access to a different PSU that you could swap in to see if the problem continues?

If you live in Sweden then power surges shouldn't be an issue (for future reference - make sure the power strip you have it plugged into is also a surge protector - there is a difference).

There really aren't any factories that you can take it to to get it fixed. I assume what you meant to ask was, "should you RMA it?", and since it is a pre-built computer that is not really an option (especially since the PC was released almost 3 years ago). You best option right now is to find someone with a fan and/or PSU that you can borrow to test replacing the components with. If that's not really an option for you (or if you don't feel very comfortable with troubleshooting/working on your computer) I would suggest taking it to a computer repair shop and seeing what they can do to help figure out what the issue is.

Oh, then yes. If you can afford it, take it to a repair shop and see what they can do to help.
