 i am trying to build a pc of my own , i live in india so prices are almost double than that is in US ... 

so according to my budget most i can spend for my gpu is price of gtx 960 though i am not sure it's a good card .... 

i will buy 8GB of ram 

i can't decide on a processor or motherboard i want the cheapest which will not bottleneck my gpu as i am on a tight budget .... can you please please help me about it.... i would really appriciate it ..... :)

You've talked about your budget a lot, but could you tell us what  it actually is?

And what are you wanting do with the machine?

Please, can you provide more info on your budget: limit in $, which is equal to your limits in rupee.

Also, it would help a lot if you gather everythin in pcpartpicker (just easier to look at).

And yeah, R9 370 will perform better than gtx 960, they have same price.

You'd be better off converting it to Euros and buying from Germany, or pounds and UK. 

Different PCPartPickers for different countries:

Em... he will pay the same money, since indian prices are high due to correlation between $ and rupee.

Also, if you buy abroad, you will most likely have issues (read as 'pain in the ass') with warranty things :)
