Desktop background randomly going black.

I reformatted my pc and im on windows 10. Sometimes my desktop just goes black. https://gyazo.com/21ae6da8d1f73bd6269fa65ce91fc7fd There's a screenshot of it. This really does not effect much but it is annoying. I am running 2 monitors and have updated my gpu drivers. I am running malware bytes just in case that finds something. Thanks for the help! :D (edit: Malware bytes didn't find anything)

By "reformatted", do you mean you reinstalled windows? Seems like the install didn't work, or something got corrupted. I'd imagine another reinstall would fix it (assuming your storage device is OK)
