update Update Troubles

Need some help, My computer doesn't seem to want to update my windows: Whenever I select "Update and Shut Down" or "Update and Restart", my computer does said actions, but without applying the update.

The Windows 10 update is update version 1511, 10586.

Gigabyte GA-Z97MX Gaming 5

Geforce GTX 970 4GB

Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB (2x4GB DDR3 1866MHz)

Kingston 120GB HyperX Fury SSD

Segate 1TB HDD
