i need help with port forwarding for a server.(router = huawei)

I think you should study this on your own and really get an idea of what you are getting into when you port forward. There was once a time when I had the idea of hosting a public Minecraft server from my house but once I learned about the many reasons why that could mean a lot of trouble, that idea faded quickly.

you need to get into your router config (and just the brand doesn't help). You should be able to find it in your manual or on the internet pretty easily, but like Railgun said you need to know what you're doing because it opens many vulnerabilities.
