Receiving emails from myself..

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is the best forum to post this in but it's the best matching one I could find.

 

One of my email accounts has been sending emails that I didn't send, however they have only been sending to myself, and all but one say "myemail@gmail.com via SomeWebsite"

Does this mean my email account has been compromised, or is there some way they can put my address in to a website and send emails from it without knowing the password?

The one that doesn't say it was sent through another website, Gmail gives a warning that it wasn't sent through Gmail.

How concerned should I be? 

Is this just the newest way of spamming and I should ignore it, or should I change my password?

Go to 'Sent emails' folder and see if the messages you received are also in there

^My brother did that crap to me all the time, i changed my password and havent had no issues with that or him ever again

I've changed my password and signed out of all other sessions.

 

The account in question, I never even log in to myself.

I have it set to automatically forward emails to my main account, and I send emails from it from my main account. 

I changed the password of my main account too, just to be safe.
