hi everyone i have a wireless logitech keyboard with a bluetooth reciever.

if i connect the keyboard to my pc it doesnt work i cannot type anything but the media shortcuts still work; the moment i connect it to my laptop it does work.

 

also when i somethimes connect the usb reciever i get a bsod with fault in nonpaged area error.

 

the pc runs on a win 10 64bit

I'm not sure, the easiest way to get it would be to plug the keyboard in again, as much as you might not want to.

 

There are command prompt commands, but 1.) I don't know them and 2.) You might need the exact time of one of the crashes.

 

Maybe somebody else knows the cmd prompt more than I do.

Maybe there is a problem with the drivers.

 

UNPLUG KEYBOARD FIRST

 

Control panel-hardware and sound-devices and printers-find your keyboard-properties-go to the other tab-properties-change settings-go to drivers tab-remove(or somethig like that I dont remember). Then, reinstall the drivers and plug your device.

if i unplug the reciever then there is no keyboard in devices and printers

Then try it with the keyboard on. I tried that with my k70 RGB and it worked.

this problem could be a registry problem. Use a utility like Ccleaner, to repair the registry.
