Balanced input and output soundcard

So I'm looking for a soundcard that has balanced XLR and or 1/4" inputs and outputs.  I would like it to be PCIe 1x.  It would be great if it could have an unbalanced stereo output as well and an unbalanced input would be great too.  Looking for under $200.  All suggestions are much appreciated as I'm finding it quite difficult to find something I like. (At least finding one that I can actually buy and doesn't have driver issues....)

I haven't heard of any sound cards with balanced in or out.

I'm pretty sure external interface is going to be the only way to go.

 

unfortunately balanced dacs, from what I've seen, start around $200

M-Audio has a PCI sound interface with 2x2 balanced I/O and a 2X1 balanced monitor. RME makes some higher end PCIe gear.

That is not XLR, the large ones is midi(or whatever they are called )

I have a Lexicon Alpha (http://www.lexiconpro.com/en-US/products/alpha) and i can only recommend it, is is USB though

That is not XLR, the large ones is midi(or whatever they are called )

 

The balanced connections are TRS, you can get an adapter.
