HELP! Graphics Card Problem?

My friend has a Evga 970 ssc and his games keep crashing. We checked the gpu temps and they were fine in game (60-70 C). In league of legends he gets a brown screen and then it stops, war thunder doesn't even start and call of duty crashes mid game.

 

Can anyone help us troubleshoot?

what driver is he using? if its the 364,xx drivers then try uninstalling it using DDU and install an older version like the 361.91, see if this fixes it

He is Using 364.72.. sooooo We tried installing an older version  ie 361.91 and it didn't work.... any other ideas?
