I got a new PC a few weeks ago and it worked very well. After playing Trine 2 with a friend for about 10-15 minutes, the monitor went black and this error poped-up: "No video input". I could still hear my friend on Skype and the in-game sound. I could only restart my PC to make it work again. It works fine until I open any game, no matter what graphics I use or how demanding it is. In case you think it's a problem from the monitor or cable, it is not... I tried different monitors and different cables. I am not a "techie" so I don't really know if it is the graphics card or something else that has a problem. Also, I did not stress the PC. I don't play high demanding games (example: Trine, Team Fortress 2 and Spore).

Specs: i7 6700 3.40 ghz H170

GTX 960 2gb

8gb RAM DDR4

120 gb SSD and 1 TB hdd

That is all I know. I don't find better specs for it on the interwebs. Model: G11CB Asus.

Did you try another cable? or simply verified that the cable is well plugged in?

Yes. I said I tried different cables. I checked everything to be well plugged. The monitor can see a cable, but doesn't get "images" from it :(

500W power supply. I did call for for someone to get the PC to an Asus service. "They will fix it for me" - every casual ever

Yeah, sorry. Didn't see the past where it says prebuilt. If it would have been custom, it would have been either GPU or PSU issue. But just let Asus fix it.
