Its stuck in a bootloop and i cant tell which is faulty. I guess ill have to go to an electronics store

If you have an OS installed, and if it gets past the BIOS/UEFI screen, then it's probably a corrupted boot loader.

This is a new build so i cant even get to bios :(

No, beep codes means there is a post failure. What is the beep sequence.

Like i get a beep when i turn it on and then a second as the fans turn off. The second one gets lower in pitch as the fans turn off. It might have more beeps after it restarts but i have no way to tell that :(
