Z506 ISSUE

Hellow guys i am using this mobo Gigabyte GA-EP31-DS3L v1

with this onboard card Realtek ALC888 codec.Yesterday i bought z506 5.1 speakers and i was trying to install them.Everthing was fine but when i was trying to test them at 5.1 mode the front L/R speaker did not work and the sound that should play from the L/R was playing from the bass/sub.Also i am using win xp 32 bit sp3.any ideas?

weird. your outputs might be in the wrong order due to an production mistake.

Jokes aside, are you using onboard? Ifo so, did you designate the speakers to each location with the realtek driver?

Same thing on the sound card drivers
