Wake on Lan

So my uncle showed me about WOL a few years ago (back when I didn't have my own PC build) and it sounded very cool to have. This morning I decide to look up videos on how to set it up and every video shows the "Power Management" tab in the network adapters but I don't seem to have it. This is the only problem that I'm having and I'm not sure how to get the tab back. Is there any way to enable this? 

 

EDIT: Also I went into the BIOS and searched around for an option about PCI and power but only found an option similar to "Resume on PCI" or something like that.

I did that and enabled the Wake on Magic packet but no difference.
