Did you plug in your starter pins right? (you must have already checked that but just in case)

Check to see if your motherboard has a Wake on LAN or dehumidifier feature, and if it does make sure they are disabled.

I think that that would be in your BIOS/UFEI.  I don't know what tab, unfortunately.

It shouldn't, but it rules out the possibility that it could be wake on lan.

If it's not that, go into Windows control panel>power>advanced power options and check that wake timers is of

Hmmm

When it boots, you say that somethings don't start properly, however when you start it internionally it starts normally?

If so, boot it, then set go to power options>System settings (require a password on wake) and then set Fast start-up to off.

Then reboot the PC, log in and shut it down.

Let me know if the problem still exists after this

Fast boot effectively puts the PC into a 'mini-hibernation' state, so disabling it forces Windows to shut down completely, like a reboot does.

If this doesn't fix it, run a virus/antimalware scan.  Just in case

I try your theory later, (have to go )

i tested a few things

- it didn't boot again if I shut it off by holding the power button on the case for a few seconds

- but it booted if I shut if off in the Windows settings even if all the usb / display cables were unplugged.

+ I have a anti virus running all the time ( system is 3 weeks old )
