I am about to build me a new work computer that will double duty as a gaming pc.  I would love you guys opinions on what to buy.

Budget will be $1500 - 2000

Use - Video editing, photo editing, gaming

I have a dual monitor setup already  running 2 1080p monitors, but need new keyboard mouse and case and pretty much everything else.

I guess my real question is where to spend money to best optimize my dollar  I am coming back to pc building after a long stint with being a strictly apple guy.

thanks for all your help in advance
