whats do you want to use it for?

I I have the display, but not mouse and keyboard, and can it include windows

Buy a windows key off of reddit uber cheap also wait a month for the Polaris and Pascal to release then decide whether to buy the new gen stuff or buy the old gen stuff at a discount
