ETS 2 Problems

Hola,

 

So i've been played ETS online recently and for some reason I am getting major lag issues.

I will be about 10 fps in the cities then fluctuate from 20 - 40 on motor ways.

I also stutter a TON.

 

Any suggestions?

 

PC Specs:

 

i5 4960k @ 4Ghz

Sapphire r9 390

4x4GB HyperX Savage @ 2400 mhz
