How To Upload Vines Form Computer?

i tried nox android simulator and it said ''your device doesn't support this feature'', but i dint want to use a simulator anyways because i wanted to edit the vines first. Is there a way to do that?

My friend,, maybe next time try explain your situation in more detail and more clear..  I am not shaman/wiseman  who can read minds...

If we talk about same website.... Next time, write full website where u want to upload.. because your request where same as like. how to replay to topic.. without telling in which forum/website..  I don't have ability to read minds.    Also there are similar named websites, or have word vine. There is even youtube channel user vine.
