Well first off, what is that thing? Second, yeah a more zoomed out pic would be nice.

Its an old server thing, it's on the outside of some kind of costume case. I'm assuming its some kind of hot swap-able deal.

It does seem to be a hot swappable PSU. These are great pictures but we're going to need to make and the model of the server to be able to help you. Server PSUs are proprietary and pretty much model-specific.

Its an Intel s5000psl motherboard but I have no idea what type of case it is

Well, the good news is that s5000psl is ATX-compliant. It takes pretty much any PSU, server-grade or not. Obviously it needs to be powerful enough to run those two CPUs and whatnot. Basically if it has the 24-pin ATX connector and the 8-pin and the 4-pin EPS12V connectors (both to make sure, not just a single 4+4-pin!) I'll be powerful enough on paper.

The bad nows is that an ATX PSU won't fit the case and it'll bypass the entire breakout board at the top which looks to have some other functionality than just power regulation. At least it has a bunch of fan headers. Probably the headers for on/off switch and such too. You should be able to bypass all that too but it'll take work. If you can get your hands on an EATX tower case, you'll be able to fit both, that board and an ATX PSU in it.
