AngularJS IDE/text editor

Hopefully this is a simple question.  We are developing a site using AngularJS and we're currently using WebStorm as the IDE...it's fine as a program except that it is an absolute CPU hog!  I'm at a point that I want to switch to something else if it's as good but does not dominate the CPU.  I was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions...I'm looking at Eclipse with an AngularJS plugin...or potentially a way to make WebStorm behave itself!
