weird Windows start

Something weird has been happening with my PC when I switch it ON.

When the Windows logon page pops, the screens become all black and the only thing that it's visible is the mouse cursor, nothing else.

By resetting the PC the image gets back and all works fine, without any other image issues.

I have the drivers updated, I have Windows 10 updated. Can't understand what is happening here since it's something that only happens some times and only when I turn the PC on
