Vbat ?

So this is the voltage of the cmos battery if im correct? I'm reading that most people's is around 3v. Mine was at 1.6v now 1.58v. Was wondering if i should be concerned/change it? and if i do need to change it, is there a specific battery i need to use? Also, is there a process of doing so in replacing? Like, unplug power to the psu, wait for power light on  mobo to go off and then pop it out, put other one in? just wanna make sure i dont drop any settings. Thanks in advance xD
