Generally, its relatively stable. But no, it isn't officially ever "stable".

 

I wouldn't use it as a daily driver.

Stable yes. But buggy. Buggy-ness level depends on build numbers. Some builds are great, some, because of new features in the works, those parts are buggy until things polishes out.

 

For example. latest build just be released:

But again, the system is stable, especially if you avoid the new features when doing critical work.

Next build should have most of the issues solved, as they always are.

Meh it is fine on my side... mind you I don't use Cortana, not have a pen... as it is on my desktop.

Start menu I use search, searching for cmd works for me though when you search... Maybe he did a clean install so it was still indexing everything and there is a bug when search result is not index, while me I have upgraded from a previous Windows 10 build to this one, so the index is already done (just a guess).

 

But anyway.
