I reset my pc to factory settings and re installed windows and it now wont boot up.  It just puts me in the troubleshooting menu and when i try to do anything like Start up Repair it ask me for a password for an account and sense i reinstalled everything the only account there is defaultuser0.  So i cant repair the system or even try to open the command prompt.

How did you install windows?

possible reasons

1)bad install

     a)bad iso

     b)failed to install properly

     c)corrupt boot files

2)incompatible hardware

3)conflicting installs/software between the install and factory made partitions/utilities
