fan controller question

Hello Can I plug all my fans into this http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=60_392&products_id=32848n and then plug a molex from my fan controller to the device up there and then control all my fans

To control your fans you need a USB connection so you PC can interface with the card. What this is a splitter, it takes molex power and distributes it to a bunch of fans, they have no voltage control, so they will always fun at 100%.I dont you will find a hardware fan controller for that cheap.... I would most likely be around 25 USD (that is a complete guess!)
