When did you plan out this build? The hardware is last gen. you'll have a much better experience using current hardware and should have no problem staying within your budget.

This would be a good route for upgrading the gpu and cpu later I would also recommend getting the cheapest keyboard you can find until you can save up a bit of cash.

I didn't include an OS because you should check this out
