LG 22EA53 flicker problem

Hi so here's the thing; I have a duel monitor setup the main one being the LG, I run both the xbox 360 and computer through it and just change the inputs depending on what i'm using. Now I was on the xbox and it decided to load up the web browser so i backed out of it and it kind of jammed up and this is when the flickering started, so i turn the xbox off and on and still flickering and then i change over to the computer and my second monitor is fine and the bottom left corner of the flickering monitor is also fine it's like part of the screen is still trying to play the old xbox screen. it's like a ghost image that's flickering over the top of everything. I've tried unplugging and turning off and on again and even watched the monitor try and find a signal without anything plugged in and it's still flickering with that ghost image.

 

If any knows whats wrong with it some advice would be greatly appreciated, or is my monitor just dead?
