Frame rate issue

can someone watch this and tell me what is wrong and how i can fix it, i get high frames in black ops 3 while recording (havent set up the recorder properly so it looks really low but in the top right of black ops 3 fps counter) and next to none in minecraft? (skip to 2:50), dont pay attention to my friend in the background humming

What cpu do you have? Minecraft will eat your cpu. Also minecraft is an inefficiently resource hogging game.

i have the fx8350 but i used tor run it high as now it is just killing itself

Sometimes I hate minecraft. After the 1.9 update my minecraft broke itself. I'm not really sure why you're getting such low frame rates but 1.9 has been causing a load of problems so....

I had that issue too on a 5820k, installing OptiFine seemed to fix it but it works on clients without it. not sure what the issue but I would try turning back the drivers, i may have done that in the meantime.
