HD 7450M Driver

Go to solution Solved by Huyster,

if the laptop has an intel cpu with amd discrete graphics card, most likely the drivres from amd's website won't work and the drivers from the laptop manufacturer will be outdated.

i personally have a laptop like this and i suggest u download your drivers from this site: http://leshcatlabs.net/

this person provides latest drivers for people with such laptops. remember to follow the manual to the letter because it is quite easy to screw up the driver if not done correctly.

hope this helps

My friend has the HP Pavilion G6-1306ET laptop. When he tries to install the video driver, he gets the following message:

swrgn.jpg

He believes it's HD7450M. Why does he get this message?

Thanks in advance.

Try downloading the drivers through the HP site. They might be outdated, but they should work.

Make sure that your graphics is detected in Device Manager and confirm that the graphics is HD7450M.
