40-60 USD  people. Your best option would be the the HAF 912. You can also try the Antec One, I'm not sure about the 200R.

 

edit: Yes the 200R has filters, I would get the 200R.

Zalman Z9 or Z11 plus, they will get you better temps then a 200R or a had 912 and you ge four fan FOUR FANS and fan controller. You will regret not getting one, they are awesome.

I agree. I bought a Zalman Z11 it was great value at $60 and is a fantastic case. Of course people will complain about certain things but when your rig is put together the case has great airflow, decent noise dampening, very quite zalman fans with fan filters on the front, bottom and one for the PSU and in my opinion awesome aesthetics.

Yeah that was my thought. Hell you could even go down to Home Depot or Bunnings and get a roll of mesh + magnets.
