Connection issues

I'm using DSL connection on windows 10. I don't have a network adapter. When I try to connect to my internet using my ISP username and address (I'm using DSL connection) it gives me the error: connection failed with error 651

the modem ( or other connecting device) has reported an error

Try power cycling it?

I've done that about 3 times

It seems to be a ip address conflict.

Check your computer network

 

Also, run CMD as an admin and type in

netsh int ip reset reset.log
