Hey people.

 

So I'm wondering if there is a way you can force the app to not start playing in 720? Ive already told it to not play 720 when using 4g but my problem is i also use a portable wifi hotspot and when connected to that youtube starts in 720 and its chewing my data up. Ideas?

I think the only thing you can do when you are using your phone as a hotspot is to disable background data and services and then manually switch down...Because the second phone treats it as a Home Wifi connection right?

Please vote for Donald Trump. I am out of sitcoms to watch.

Correct. So the second phone starts YouTube in 720 because it says "720 over WiFi only" and I can't think of a way to change it.

 yeah but I'm trying to get it to not stream HD ever. As it is using a lot of data from my WiFi hotspot.
