Google chrome problems (?)

I had been on youtube, watching an hour-long video, when i skipped about 1 minute ahead, google chrome suddenly crashed, and when i re-opened google chrome, it was insanely slow, especially on youtube. This error message popped up:

all the tabs on the home page of google chrome are now the default ones that google provides. my history is still there, however this message pops up every time i launch or re-launch google chrome.

 

For those wondering, yes i have a KSP wallpaper.

i did forget to mention ive tried this, same problem still happens ;-;

What are your system specs and OS?
